About LIFE:
LIFE School of Leadership Arts is a start-up, private, non-profit school with many opportunities for qualified individuals. LIFE operates from a progressive educational philosophy and believes in holistic wellness that encompasses the body, soul, and mind. Our school features multi-age classrooms, project-based learning, and organic, plant-based food.
We are looking for talented leaders who are creative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented and strive to achieve the highest quality of care and best possible outcomes for the children, families, and staff in the community we serve.
Eligibility:
Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units (required)
1+ year Infant/Toddler Education Experience (required)
Knowledge of early childhood education and child development
Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
A positive attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for education and learning
Strong verbal and written communications skills
US Work Authorization and excellent references
TB clearance card, background check, and food handlers card
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain

The LIFE Year
Our Team works year round, with ample break time to rest, recoup, and recharge along the way. We build in Team Wellness Days and Professional Development Days into the annual calendar.
LIFE is closed for all standard American holidays, with extremely generous buffer days included. Our parents understand that this is a crucial component of empowering and equipping our Educators to give their absolute best throughout the school year.
Team Collaboration
In order for our integrated curriculum, multi-age classrooms, and project-based learning to work effectively, it’s imperative that our Educators and Administrators have ample time to collaborate on curriculum mapping, lesson planning, and tracking the growth of each individual student.
This time is built into the workday. Our employees also don’t hesitate to invest extra time into delivering an overall excellent experience whenever needed.
